Very enjoyable meal here on Sunday with family. There was only a lunchtime roast menu available, but they did make an exception for non-meat eaters. Excellent service and food. Great atmosphere and lovely location next to the beach.

AWFUL run down place. When we first visited it was great, now it’s not. We turned up to no one asking if we were okay or if we had a reservation just looked at by waiters then they look away, can’t be bothered to help. We wondered around as didn’t know where to go Until WE asked someone. Party menu is also €85PP for basic food which is €35 for the same menu Monday- Saturday until 5pm) We booked at 6pm for entertainment to ask when it starts and to be told 8.30pm and Arg will come on at 10pm!! (Thursday night) You only have your table for 2.5 hours. The place is run down badly. Glass upstairs is dangerous and loose, cracked flooring, filthy tables covered in last nights drinks, smashed glass doors. Not worth a €200 dinner night out. No care given to this place anymore, such a shame.

I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Olivia la Cala and would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting. We arrived at 8pm and initially everything seemed fine, with starters arriving around 8:30pm. However, the evening quickly went downhill. By 9pm, our mains arrived, two salmon dishes were completely raw and the pizza had the wrong cheese. We sent the salmon back and raised the issue with the manager, who told us he would remove the pizza and the two salmon dishes from the bill. After that, we were left waiting a further 20 minutes for replacement meals, meaning two of our group had to eat separately after the rest of us had already finished. Completely disorganised and unacceptable service. What made the situation far worse, however, was the behaviour of our waiter, Abdul. He crouched down beside our table and told us that a group of men nearby “wanted to get closer to us all night” and “wanted a strip tease.” This was completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and made our entire table of six women feel extremely uncomfortable. When challenged, he dismissed it as “a joke,” which is not acceptable under any circumstances. When I escalated this to management, I was told that Elliott was aware and that I was “free to complain on socials.” That response alone shows a complete lack of accountability or care for customers’ safety and experience. Poor food, slow service, and deeply inappropriate staff behaviour. This was not just disappointing it was unacceptable.

The Only Way Is Essex restaurant of choice. Great food, attentive service and fine vocalist. Had a lovely chat to the agents who book the entertainment, lovely couple. ❤️❤️

Wow - what can I say. Atmosphere was amazing. Incredible food. Try their house white wine and basically everything on the menu. Right on the beach but secluded which is great.
